How To Use This Program + Substack Community To Adapt & Grow
This program will teach you how to connect to a deeper sense of fulfillment and groundedness by getting clear about your purpose. By doing so, you can take skillful action to excel in work, life, and relationships.
This program is a map. You must walk the territory. Use this guide to discover each stage of the seasonal process, the Embodied Leadership Training Program. When you graduate in 6 months (2 cycles), awareness of this process and the somatic tools you learn to embody will be what you take with you. Leaders who discover, internalize, and implement this practice in their lives, work, and relationships become embodied leaders who have the ability to authentically bring more good into the world while maintaining a sense of Unshakable Purpose and well-being.
MOST IMPORTANT: You must practice. Show up in group and 1:1 sessions to check in and practice. At a minimum, plan to do 1 hour of intentional work each week outside of the group. Each period (Month & Week):
Read the perspective and watch or listen to the recorded training.
Craft and perform a creative embodied stretch.
Reflect on your experience using journal questions.
Show up in our 1:1 sessions.
Show up in our group sessions.
You will go through the same three-month process twice over six months. This seasonal process is the practice of embodied leadership training.
The embodied leadership tools you learn along the way will change your life by allowing you to get grounded and clear about your purpose so you can take skillful action and excel in work and life.

The Program. The Process. The Practice of Embodied Leadership.
The Embodied Leadership Training Process Starts with Purpose.
Each season, you will be trained to return to reconnect to your embodied Self and to listen to what your environment is telling you. This is an important practice for a leader: the ability to slow down, reconnect to primordial space, and listen to what your life, work, and relationships are saying to you. When a leader learns to implement this seasonal process in their life, they become aware of the protective parts of themselves that have been running the show, allowing them to become more self-resourced and more self-led with each passing season of life and work.
Then, you will move through three stages to transform and grow. This process trains you to respond to challenges consciously rather than relying on your unconscious, automatic childhood survival strategies. When you learn this process you become capable of connecting to your own innate sense of wisdom and healing and enter a lifelong path of growth and development.
The second stage of the process is Power.
During this stage, you will learn to find your edges and trailheads in your life and work that you can proactively explore to develop as a leader and human. When you do this, you will naturally collide with your protective parts of yourself in new and more empowering ways. You will learn to craft embodied stretches that allow you to shape how you respond to challenges in new and creative ways. This process will automatically uncover your shadow while accessing your unique gifts.
The third stage is Presence.
This stage honors your practice while sharpening your sense of integrity and accountability. Every season is closed with a celebration, appreciation, and restating your commitment to your practice. The process then restarts. This is a natural seasonal process of transformation and change that, once discovered, practiced, and embodied, will allow you to get grounded and clear about your purpose so you can take skillful action and excel in work and life.
